I have costed it 2
ways. 1: with the hall in one piece = 108 sq.m 2: With a
join in the hall = 98.50 sq.m
The existing door
bar at the WC door is an anodised double nap that has the vinyl tiles fitted
over the base and to remove it to fit another bar will damage the tiles. The
customer knows about it as I showed her at the time of
measuring.
I suggested that she
should get her builder / handyman to carefully remove it prior to our
arrival
