to our recent site survey, please find herewith our quotation to supply and lay
carpet flooring at the above mentioned address as detailed below.
Loft,

& fix Polished Chrome door bars as required
Uplift
and dispose of existing materials,

1)
During
our site survey it was noted that a number of doors might require trimming to
allow sufficient clearance for the new carpets and underlay. This work cannot be
carried out by the carpet fitter. We can recommend a contractor to carry out
this work if required.
2)
Due
to the length of the landing, the joists in the Loft and the width of the Loft
there will be some seams in order to carry out the installation as
discussed.
3)
We
have quoted on Polished Chrome door bars as agreed, however if you were to go
ahead with Aluminium door bars it would be less £248.00 off of either of the
above quotes.
4)
We
will be supplementing any gripper that is needed with the gripper that you
provide us as agreed.
5)
Due
to the height of the bathroom tiles off of the hall we would have to fit up to
it doing the best job possible given the height difference as discussed and
agreed on site.
We
trust the above meets with your approval and this estimate is guaranteed for a
period of 21 days. Thereafter it may be subject to a price increase. I look
forward to receiving your further instructions in due
course.
