Further to our recent site survey, please find herewith our quotation to supply and lay carpet flooring at the above mentioned address as detailed below.

 

2 Loft Bedrooms, Lobby and Study.

To supply and fit Natural Look Chequers carpeting, 5 metre wide,

Colour to select @ £16.50 per square metre to Loft Bedrooms and Lobby,

Uplift existing carpet and underlay in Study and re-fit at a later date as agreed,

42oz Wool Felt underlay to be laid beneath,

Supply and fit 3mm Hardboard to Lobby,

Fitting to same, re-using existing gripperod fixings,

Supplement existing gripperods where necessary,

Supply & fix anodised brass or aluminium door bars as required,

Uplift and dispose of existing materials,

Move and replace furniture as necessary.

 

For the sum of: -                    Inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%          £ 1566.00

 

 

 

Please Note

1)      During our site survey it was noted that a number of doors might require trimming to allow sufficient clearance for the new carpets and underlay. This work cannot be carried out by the carpet fitter. We can recommend a contractor to carry out this work if required.

2)      This quote includes uplifting existing carpet and underlay from Study and wrapping in plastic to be left on site awaiting instructions for us to come back and re-fit at a later date.
