During
our site survey it was noted that a number of doors might require trimming to
allow sufficient clearance for the new carpets and underlay. This work cannot be
carried out by the carpet fitter. We can recommend a contractor to carry out
this work if required.
2)
Due
to the area required we can offer a Quantity
Discount on the overall total once a carpet has been
selected.
3)
The
stair rods that we have quoted for are in the Lancaster or Windsor style which
are solid brass. We have a range of hollow stair rods that we stock and if
selected would make the price of option 1 £ 6387.50.
We
trust the above meets with your approval and this estimate is guaranteed for a
period of 21 days. Thereafter it may be subject to a price increase. I look
