Sorry for delay I have
not been ignoring this issue since my return from holiday I have been away sick
with chest infection, I have spoke with Chris Cree Area Fleet Manager from
Nissan regarding the issue of the rebate and why not paid? I have this morning
sent an email to him at his request with the registrations, he
believes
What has happened the
vehicles have been registered to the wrong fleet code, which he can get sorted
and once sorted rebates will be issued time scale for rebate within 7 days,
Chris will speak to me at some point today or Tuesday 19/08, I will update I
have had further conversations with him.
I once again apologies
for delay, will get this situation sorted ASAP.
In respect of new
vehicle replacement, Nissan Micra 1.5dci 86bhp 5door in Black, I have also
looked at contract hire quotes which I have calculated for you
below

are back from holidays. I did not chase you straight away as I guessed you would
be busy on your return but can you chase up what has happened to our fleet
refunds from Nissan
We have the auditors in next week
and we need to finalise the paperwork for them relating to the disposal of the
old cars and the contract hire of the Micras.
