In respect of all points raised on your attached everything is all OK, I am sending Nissan an email regarding the Cherished Plates, so I can have and give you all information required I

am also getting posted to me leaflets regarding far ware and tare so you have a copy of whats acceptable and whats not.

I would like from you all relevant information regarding your company, ie how long trading, VAT and company Reg number, registered office address, directors names addresses and they also ask for dates of births, so that I can get the Contract Hire Quotes propossed and accepted without delay, if you are sole director your home address etc will be fine.

 

Look forward to receiving information and will confirm all accepted etc before you go away.

Many thanks for your help on Wednesday.

I have decided to go with the Contract Hire option with Nissan as long as the following points are as listed below

1. The rebate from Nissan will still stand as per your previous quote and be received approximately 4 weeks after registration.
2. The cars are used in London and minor scuffs on bumpers are an unfortunate fact of life. I accept we will be liable for dents but typical small bumper scuffs will not be charge to us at the end of the contract.
3. We can assign number plates to the vehicle that we purchase and have them removed from the vehicles (at our expense) at the end of the contract.
4. We can apply vinyl lettering to the vehicles and if this is professionally removed and polished at the end of the term there is no additional charges for vinyl letters having been applied to the vehicles. 

I will just need to check the mileages we want to have on the cars but I think it will be 20k per annum per vehicle but I will conform this early next week.

 

I have purchased from the DVLA the following number plates and I am awaiting the retention certificates for them and I am told it can take up to 10 days.

 

MR 54 CPT

MR 55 CPT

MR 56 CPT

MR 57 CPT

 

If the above points are confirmed then please process the contract hire application. If you need any further details from me please do not hesitate to get in touch. I will be away on holiday from the 17th - 24th of February.

I should today have your fleet code which secures bonus payment agreed to you for the first

four Micra's Ordered and any subsequent orders.

First four have been ordered and ascheduled for delivery to us 13th March 2008, there is also a possibilty they may come in sooner, I will keep you upto date accordingly.

Have you given finance options any further consideration?
