Thank for your long awaited email. I have been on holiday thus my 3 working day delay in responding.

Yes Paul was the estimator and has visited three times (firstly to estimate, secondly when the fitter arrived with insufficient materials, thirdly after the floor was laid to view the workmanship). The emails and photos are sufficient for the problem to be seen so may I suggest we have a conversation.

I understand that you are due to arrive at your office around noon so I have left my mobile number with your wife so we can have a conversation to resolve this matter.

Dear Mrs Fear

I have been advised by John McArthur our Fulham branch manager of the issues you have raised after the installation of the flooring at your property and I am aware you are unhappy with the end result.

While I have seen the correspondence connected with the installation and some photographs I would like to view the installation personally before making any decisions relating to this work.

Is it possible to make an appointment to view the installation next week? I would like Paul to come with me when I visit as he was the estimator of this work and we are both available next Tuesday morning 23^rd May. Could you let me know if this is convenient with you and confirm a suitable time between 10-12am.

If this date and time is not convenient could you please give me some alternative dates that are suitable?
