Hi Susie,

Please find attached damage to both the 17.20m x 4m (cut 2 metres into the roll after opening)and also the 4.40m backing is damaged.

 

To try and get out of the problem our fitter has tried to seam this together but the customer is extremely disappointed as she has moved all of he furniture to facilitate the installation.

 

Can you let me know when the replacements carpets will be available as I have to re-schedule with the customer
