Hi Dave,
Sorry to hit you with this on your first day back from holiday but Graham called me last Thursday to say that the carpet in this house has all bubbled up again (see photos attached)

This is the house that has been re-stretch twice already, the second time I personally spent over 5 hours on site with Mike & the carpets were flat as a pancake when we left there so I really can't understand why they have bubbled up so badly again?

Graham has asked if it would be possible for him to meet with you & a representative from the manufacturer at the property to try & find a resolution to the problem once & for all as it's very off putting for potential buyers. (He tried to call you directly but hung up when he got the overseas ring tone)

I don't know about you but I'm seriously losing confidence in this product and I'm considering taking it off show as I seem to be getting more & more re-stretch issues with this carpet far outweighing any other product that we sell. I've had another HdWE job that's had to be stretched twice recently and the fitters (Mike & Billy in particular) are now extremely reluctant to fit this carpet as they know they'll be called back to re-stretch it 

I haven't contacted Rob as yet as I thought you may want to bring this up with David Judge directly?
