I pulled back the carpet up along the R/H wall in the study on the Ground floor when I went down to inspect the carpet before we had to stretch it for a 2nd time and I noticed the backing was stiff and irregular in places so it might be worth pulling some carpet back around the edges to show him the irregular / patchy nature of the size within the backing as I'm sure this has something to do with the problem. Although, you'll probably need to take a stretcher & a bolster with you to tuck it back down again afterwards I've found some photos on my phone that show this problem & will forward them to you shortly Thanks Nigel Nigel Symonds Mr Carpet Ltd 70 Lower Richmond Road Putney SW15 1LL T: 020 8789 3133 F: 020 8780 2140 E: nigelsymonds@mr-carpet.co.uk www.mr-carpet.co.uk -----Original Message----- From: DG Work [mailto:davidguyan@mr-carpet.co.uk] Sent: 10 July 2018 19:32 To: Nigel Symonds Subject: Chartridge Nigel I have spoken to David Judge and Graham today.
