Subject: A FEW THOUGHTS

Hi Dave

Use or ignore

Referring to your claim under the consumer rights act 2015, we would re iterate our points as follows

The carpet is of satisfactory quality and colour and was as described; in fact the sample swatch was loaned to you when we carried out our site measure, giving you adequate time to find your preferred colour required ,

When you mentioned there was an issue relating to a wrong colour, in the first instance provided you with a small sample for your own perusal, when you were still unhappy we took the same said swatch for comparison and closely compared sample to the fitted material through out the work we installed, we concluded that your concerns were unfounded

The cosmetic issue is purely down to local conditions, in that the aesthetic appearance will vary as light is reflected from the pile surface, the room in question as previously advised is subject to greater light of a natural nature  , to conclude the material is of satisfactory quality and is as described which complies with the sale and supply of goods act , therefore  it does not warrant or meet with your claim of quoting the Consumer rights act of 2015 as NO FAULT IS EVIDENT whatsoever  therefore on this occasion we are unable to assist you further in this matter

Wishing you and Ali a good weekend as your remember her dear mother

Best wishes

Andy
