She refers to the fact that we did not have an independent visit her home to look at the colour difference. This is because at the time of the inspection (Saturday 9th April) I offered to have the manufacturer take at look at the customers request as I did not agree with the complaint to which she stated that whoever was going to look at the carpet "had to come next week". I told her that I would ask them to treat it as a matter of urgency but could not guarantee they would visit by then. The customer shortly after stated that she would be contacting her solicitors so I saw no reason to pursue with manufacturers inspection as the customer seemed to have made up her mind that she would not accept the carpet. What do you want to do now?
