Dear Mr Guyan,

I spoke to the court yesterday and informed them that you and I had reached an agreement and that we no longer need a mediator. I look forward to hearing from Richard.

Kind regards,

Carl Schreiter

Dear Mr Schreiter

Many thanks for your reply. Richard will be in touch with you and arrange a convenient date o carry out the works. I will notify the court that we wish to withdraw our court action. Will you contact the court re your action as they will need you to notify them.

I will also contact the mediators as there is a provisional date for the 14th December for their services which will not now be required.

Dear Mr Schreiter

Many thanks for seeing Richard and I on Friday. Attached is the letter and a diagram of what we discussed and our proposal in writing confirming what we are offering as a remedy to the installation problems.

I would be grateful if you could let me know your response.
David
