Many thanks for your reply. Richard will be in touch with you and arrange a convenient date o carry out the works. I will notify the court that we wish to withdraw our court action. Will you contact the court re your action as they will need you to notify them.
I will also contact the mediators as there is a provisional date for the 14th December for their services which will not now be required.
