Please find attached report from Richard who has today completed the remedial works as agreed. Your son did walk the job with Richard on completion but I would be grateful if you could look at the work this evening and confirm the work is now completed to your satisfaction. We have replaced some of the stairs where the tape was loose and they have now been re fitted.
