FYI Mr Schreiter rang the Sheen branch last Friday to speak to me but i was at Raynes and he briefly spoke to Andy. Andy informed him that he had taken the matter out of our hands and asked that he continue to contact us via email as book parties had agreed. He said to "I'm appalled that you have written to me chasing this money when you haven't put things right" He then asked if we will be perusing the money to which Andy replied yes.
