(pictures)
Good afternoon
Andrew
Following our recent
conversation and images supplied by you, I have spoken to the supplier V4 who
require a four page complaint form to be completed, as we only supplied the
Wood, I need you to speak to your wood installer to answer the questions
highlighted about the method of installation used by your sub contractor, once
you have the detailed answers please forward the completed form to me by e
mail
The product used was
EP103, order S28674 - delivered to site September
2016
The other matter to
point out is V4 do not carry out the inspections themselves as in the past they
have been accused of being bias, consequently they use an independent inspection
service, the cost is £500.00, with an initial deposit of £250.00 payable to
start the enquiry, upon receipt of the independent findings, if it is deemed
that the materials are the cause of your current scenario, then the deposit
funds are refunded in full and they will rectify the issue
However should the
report indicate NON PRODUCT FAULT, then the remaining £250.00 is payable and the
service file will be closed
Accordingly I will
await your completed forms so I can supply an accurate account of the
installation process applied by your installers
In the meantime
Kind
regards
Andy
