Subject: Wood Flooring Problem

Hello

My wife called last week about a problem we are experiencing with food flooring that we purchased from mrcarpet in August 2016.

I attach photos that show what is happening. These are the worst examples but some other boards seem to be starting to show the same tendency.

The affected area is on top of underfloor heating. This is a wet system regulated by a user operated thermostatic control: max 22c.

I will call to discuss further.
