I have a product complaint for Boston BOS-014 (Chelsea – Driftwood) that we stocked (see image attached for screen shot of product details).

The faults are 3x rouge loops, and 2x dark marks in the carpet (see images from customer below).

Do you want me to contact Telenzo directly or is there an alternative protocol for stock carpets?
