I have just had a visit from Mr’
O’Brien whose business is called Abbot Way Ltd, he has explained since the above
carpet order was fitted , there have been cockroaches present , approximately
three weeks ago he called in a professional pest controller , the new tenant has
denied responsibility from his container delivery , I spoke to Alan Gent in the
presence of the customer he remembered the Irish gentleman and said the carpets
were brand new and absolutely no sign of any pests , I subsequently spoke To
Charlie Clough and he had no issues , from the stock levels approximately 12
rolls of Pimlico assorted colour have been fitted and I am not aware of any
other issues/accusations of pests within the said material
This is purely FYI and for
information purposes in case we hear back from this
man
