Attached is a photo of the skirting that you can see for a newly decorated house the finish is poor. The fitter did upset her because he put bedclothes in the shower and did not puit them back on the bed which has caused bad feeling but it does sound like there are a lot of faults that cant be atributed to the fitter or his attitude. I think from talking to Richard she has had issues with the builder which may be contributing but even your inspector has said that there are faults "in random locations throughout" and two areas have long line faults.
I have asked Richard to send a holding email but I feel we do need to look at this one differently to the current position that has been offered.
