We are now in receipt of the
inspector’s report that is currently with our Head Office who are discussing it
with the manufacturers and we hope to have a solution to offer by the end of
this week.
Although our Head Office have both
my report and the inspectors report they may ask to come to your home and look
at the issues themselves to gain a better understanding of the problems. Would
it be possible for someone to come over this week? If you let me know what days
and times work best I will arrange an appointment of which I will attend
also.
