I wanted to make you aware that the latest version of NetSupport Manager is now ready to install! The new version has licenses security improvements, and therefore requires a new license key, other updates include:
· 12.60 School Components
· Update Print Capture functionality to support capturing to PDF and XPS files
· Improved Gateway handling of large number of client connections
And more!
You can download the latest version of NetSupport Manager from our main downloads page at www.netsupportsoftware.com/download or from your my support area (if you have registered) at www.netsupportsoftware.com/support 
If you login to your my support account, you will first need to register your version 12.7 license under the “my licenses” section. You will need to use the serial number and authorisation code
Once you have successfully registered your license, the version 12.7 installer file will then become available for download under the “my products” section.
You can then install the latest version over the top of your existing installation using this installer and then enter in your version 12.7 license details during the installation when prompted. This will automatically generate your version 12.7 license file (NSM.lic) in the installation directory of NetSupport Manager.
